Who is eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine in Texas?
As of Monday, March 29, 2021, everyone age 16 and older is now eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine in Texas.
The state’s Expert Vaccine Allocation Panel recommended opening vaccination to everyone who falls under the current Food and Drug Administration emergency use authorizations. All vaccines are authorized for people age 18 and older. The Pfizer vaccine is authorized for people 16 and older.

Remember, your ability to get a vaccine today or this week will depend on vaccine availability at your provider’s office, clinic, or facility.

However, as a healthcare facility we are compelled to follow the best safety practices as outline by the CDC. As we put your safety first, please bear with us as we continue to enforce our policy of universal mask wear at our practice. A year after the first case of COVID-19 was confirmed in North Texas, more people are getting vaccinated and wondering what’s next in this new phase of the pandemic. We still have doses of the flu vaccine for 6 months of age through 65+ years of age. No appointment will be necessary to get the vaccine. Covid precautions in place. If you are feeling sick contact our office so we can further assist you.
Our office in collaboration with United Allergy Services (UAS) offers allergy testing and treatment. UAS is now also able to test for food allergies. Ask your provider for more information.
