Precision Family Medicine Welcomes Dr. Ryan Klitgaard
We are pleased to welcome Dr. Ryan Klitgaard to our practice! He is currently accepting new patients.
Ryan Klitgaard, MD is a Board-Certified family physician who was born in Tampa, Florida. However, his parents knew they would be returning to Texas—so they wrapped him up in a Texas state flag the moment he arrived. Raised in Texas since he was five years old, Dr. Ryan Klitgaard graduated from Plano Senior High School and went on to study Biology at Texas State where he obtained his Bachelor of Science. Dr. Klitgaard completed his residency in Amarillo at Texas Tech Family Medicine. His post-residency goal was to move back to the DFW area. Dr. Klitgaard and his canine companion Mabel love to stay active; they enjoy hiking, camping and frequent trips to the park.

Nurse Practitioner Paulina Tran is currently accepting new patients.
Paulina Tran is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She completed her graduate studies from the University of Missouri – Kansas City. She is dedicated to providing compassionate and inclusive care for all. Her practice is rooted in listening, understanding, and collaborating with her patients to make the best decision that is right for them. She is a firm believer in empowering her patients by providing medical advice that they can understand. When not in the office, she loves to spend time with her family and friends, workout, play tennis, pickleball, and cook.
A Message To Dr. Yang's Patients
Over the last couple of years Precision Family Medicine has had the pleasure of having Dr. Lysandra Yang become a vital part of the team . We are sad to announce Dr. Yang will be leaving the practice in December 2024. We wish her the best and look forward to keeping in touch with her and hearing more about her new adventures.
